You have to get 5 mails. The last mail include Host informations
If you Got 4 Mails From There , Pls contact support . Many members asked me bout this problem. and I think the reasons is your order is so risk with merchant. Some time, when you contact supporter, they will ask you pasport OR idenfinication. You scan it and Sent. that's all
